Underground parking is available for a fee at the "Music Concourse Undergroud Garage" which is off of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Music Concourse Drive and this is probably the most secure and convenient place to park with current rates for Sunday parking are $6.25 per hour with $33.00 daily maximum.  Please visit the parking website at <Music Concourse Community Partnership: Golden Gate Parking> for more information.

Free street parking is also available in the area including around Stow Lake for up to 4 hours. Window smash and grabs are common in Golden Gate Park so if you park your car, leave nothing visible.

 

For MUNI, take the N-Judah line to 9th and Irving or Bus line #7 to 9th and Lincoln or bus line 44 which drops you off at the music concourse (Cal Academy of Sciences or de Young Museum stop).

Buses may load and unload in front of the California Academy of Sciences and in front of the de Young Museum at the curb areas painted white.  However, buses may not park there and must leave immediately after loading and unloading.

There are bicycle racks available on each side of the bandshell.
